Henderson Collegiate System Status - Notice history

This incident has been resolved.

We have implemented a fix for the Papercut issues that resulted in the error releasing jobs and are currently monitoring the result.

Further steps are being put in place to prevent this issue from happening in the future.

We are currently investigating and identified an issue with releasing jobs from Papercut to any copier.

Users may be able to send jobs to the queue but not release jobs at this time.

MCNC has identified the issue affecting access to the internet and has applied a fix to the region. Internet access should be restored for all users at this time, but we are monitoring any on-going issues with access.

Please continue to report access issues to the Help Desk if access has not been restored.

UPDATE: There is an external internet outage affecting most of Eastern NC. It appears that internet lines in the region have been damaged.

There is no ETA for resolution at this time.
