Network Firewall Upgrade / Installation

    The state is coming on Friday, November 21st to upgrade our on-site firewall to an industry leading firewall to help protect our network. As a result, Internet will be inaccessible starting around 1:45 pm until around 3:45pm.

    As a result of this maintenance devices will not be able to access the internet, the VoIP phone system will be down and you will be unable to print wirelessly to the copiers on campus.

    If you need to print, please plan ahead and print before this outage or print once service is restored. If you have an emergency print job, please reach out to your Front Office ops teams for guidance and assistance.

    InfiniteCampus will be performing an emergency update to Campus Digital Repository (CDR) on Saturday, September 27, 2025 from 11AM-1PM CDT. InfiniteCampus anticipates that this work will result in an approximately 15 minute outage for all customers utilizing CDR during which the servers will be offline while rebooting.

    Please note that CDR impacts many areas where uploads have been turned on. This includes Online Registration, Campus Instruction and Campus Learning, and other areas where documents are uploaded. Users will not be able to upload or download documents during this period.
