After testing this morning, we are going to further downgrade the firmware on the network switch and access points to an earlier version that another school is using and is unaffected to see if it resolves the issue.
This maintenance window will occur around 10pm tonight and will last for two hours. During this window the network will be intermittently available until the downgrade has been completed. Phones and printing will also be affected during this time.
