    Printers should be automatically restoring from the outage yesterday. Teachers who notice they are not should wait about 20 minutes and they should auto-restore on their own. You can also still reference the email sent out from IT@hendersoncollegiate.org last night to do it manually or reach out the Help Desk for further assistance at: helpdesk@hendersoncollegiate.org. We will continue to monitor the issue throughout the day.

    While this outage in occurring, please reference the email from it@hendersoncollegiate.org that is forthcoming that will show you the temporary workaround to get printing working in the mean time.

    We are aware of an issue with printers disappearing off staff devices. We are working on a permanent fix that should be deployed tomorrow morning.
