    The Help Desk has identified the issue with this copier and has put a fix in place. If this copier is continuing to have issues, please submit a new support ticket.

    The helpdesk is aware that this copier currently does not have a stapler cartridge mechanism. Someone damaged the mechanism and a new one had to be ordered so it will not be able to staple for a few weeks.
